The Situation

Rhino Tool House reached out to us with a thoughtful and heartfelt request. They wanted to create branded baby gift boxes for their customers and employees who had recently welcomed a new baby.

These boxes, available through their company store, needed to come with a personalized touch. For example, users placing orders should have the option to include a customized message with the box.

Having implemented a similar concept with their previous vendor, Rhino Tool House was looking for a fresh, high-quality, and streamlined solution that would elevate this initiative while aligning with their brand identity.  

The Symphonix Solution

We approached this unique request with creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a memorable experience. Here's how we helped transform their vision into reality:

• Concept Development: We curated a presentation featuring a variety of baby items, box designs, and ideas for delivering a personal and delightful experience.

• Box Contents: Our baby box has six high-quality items. Each item is chosen to please both parents and their new babies. They included:

• Bib, Bowl & Spoon
• Adorable Stuffed Rhino Toy
• Plush Bath Time Towel
• Eye Mask for the parents to catch some rest
• Cozy Beanie
• Soft and Snug Swaddle

• Design Customization: 
  We made three unique box designs for their team to choose from. Each design reflects the company’s brand and style.

• Sample Review: We gave Rhino Tool House live samples of the baby items and box prototypes. This helped them feel confident in the final product. This allowed their team to touch, feel, and check the quality in person before making a final choice.

The Execution

Once the design and contents were finalized, we moved quickly to deliver the finished product. Here's how we brought the project to life and ensured flawless execution:

• Production and Kitting: We produced the six baby items and the boxes, then kitted them together to create the final baby gift set.

• Personalization: Understanding the importance of a personal touch, we committed to handwriting a card for each order. Customers or employees placing an order can include a customized message, which we personally transcribe to ensure their thoughtful gesture feels authentic.

• Warehousing and Availability: The completed baby boxes are now stored in the warehouse, fully assembled and ready to be ordered through the company store. The process is seamless, ensuring Rhino Tool House’s team members and customers can easily access and send these special gifts.
