After undergoing a brand refresh in late 2023—this event would be one of the largest since the launch of their new branding. As you can imagine, a lot of materials had to be created or replaced. Not only did Symphonix contribute ideas to give the event a fresh look; we also ensured the new logo and design elements were incorporated.
It is a forever long checklist of scheduling speakers, visiting and booking venues, collecting registration, marketing the event to attract attendees, lining up services and meals, etc.
