To bring this vision to life, their Vice President of Human Resources turned to Symphonix. The ask was clear but ambitious: deliver a full suite of creative, branded, and experiential materials that would capture the spirit of FCG’s journey. This meant everything from concept development and storytelling to design, production, and installation—on a fast-paced timeline.
The scope was broad and multifaceted. FCG needed printed pieces that could share their history and highlight their culture, as well as custom promotional items that would make the milestone memorable for employees and guests. Each element had to be on-brand, cohesive, and worthy of a celebration marking a decade of achievement.
To capture the spirit of FCG’s 10-year journey, Symphonix approached the project as both a storytelling challenge and a brand experience. Our team managed everything end-to-end—creative development, design, sourcing, production, and installation—ensuring every detail tied back to the milestone and the “summit” theme of achievement.
We began with the foundation: a series of print pieces that would document FCG’s story and serve as lasting keepsakes for employees.
All creative work was executed in-house at Symphonix, allowing us to move quickly while maintaining brand consistency. We shared mockups at each stage and collaborated closely with FCG’s leadership team, incorporating their feedback and ensuring the final products reflected their vision.
Beyond the printed materials, FCG wanted to give employees unique, symbolic items that tied into the idea of “reaching the summit of a mountain.” We curated and produced a lineup of custom promotional pieces that blended practicality with fun:
