Dear Clients, Partners, and Friends:

Next week, we officially enter into the "season of thanks." As Americans, we should be grateful for the many blessings our country affords all of us. 

At Symphonix, our team has much to be thankful for.

Thankful for Strong Client Relationships: We are grateful for our clients' trust in our agency's work. We are thankful for the collaboration that leads to more successful campaigns. It is more than "just business" at Symphonix. We take our clients' success personally. The friendships, the challenges, the laughs, the last-minute changes, the tears, and the victory celebrations make the journey worthwhile. We work hard to maintain your trust and earn your business daily.

Thankful for Talented Team Members: Symphonix is a fantastic team of dedicated and creative professionals. We come from different backgrounds with different experiences. These unique perspectives, backgrounds, and talents make us stronger. Our team members are the backbone of our agency. They are committed to driving creativity, innovation, and delivery of outstanding results. Thank you for the "whatever it takes" mindset. Thank you for making it exciting and fun to come to work every day.

Thankful for Client Straight Talk: When we have direct feedback, you allow us to build better processes, improve communication, and explore different paths. We are committed to continuous improvement. This feedback makes us better.

Thankful for Client Success Stories: At the end of the day, we live to help our clients be successful. These success stories boost our teams' morale and serve as valuable portfolio material for attracting new business.

Thankful for Creative Freedom: Much of our client success is driven by the creativity of our team members, how we employ technology, and a willingness to take intelligent risks. Trust from our clients to explore new ideas and take calculated risks allows for creating memorable and impactful strategies and effective execution.

Thankful for Technology Advancements: Our ability to leverage technology for the benefit of better, faster, more efficient work has never been greater. We are grateful for the tools that automate campaigns, streamline processes, enhance analytics, and provide new ways to help our clients get to where they want to go. The marketing landscape is constantly changing. The ability to pivot strategies, navigate challenges, and thrive in dynamic environments ensures longevity and success in a competitive industry.

Thankful for our Network of Loyal Partners: Our suppliers and service partners are second to none. It has taken our firm 20 years to build the exclusive "good guy" list. Our partners are fair, offer real value with each assignment, and stand behind the quality of what they deliver. At Symphonix, we only work with suppliers who share our obsession of delivering on promises and helping our clients win. Yes, things can go sideways occasionally, but we are thankful for how our partners help us recover. Together with our network of industry connections, we are stronger, better, faster, and remain client-focused.

We admit, the world is a bit of a crazy place. During this "season of thanks," we hope you choose gratitude. Maybe for a few hours, you can join us in turning off the negative news and be thankful for what makes life great.

Symphonix works hard, but we have never claimed to be perfect. We do our best to be human and authentic. We don’t hide behind technology and we answer our phones. More importantly, we are grateful for all the blessings in this life and inside the agency.
