Employee Gifts: Years of Service Campaign

When it comes to improving employee morale, recognizing their hard work and dedication plays a critical role. Challenge

Novant Health Medical Group wanted to reward their employees for their Years of Remarkable Service grouped by 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 years.

Goals

  • Source unique items that represented the company's appreciation while staying in budget.
  • Simple way for people to select their gift.
  • Capture all orders and provide clear reporting.
  • Maintain brand compliance with proper usage of logos.
  • Manage procurement, production, and distribution of items.
  • Clear communications from start to finish.

Solution

Our dedicated account management team collaborated with the Novant Health Medical Group team to develop a comprehensive, turn-key program that made the whole process easy. The "collection campaign" was open for 45 days to allow time for everyone to choose their reward. 

Items

We supplied a curated selection of items at various price points for each group of years of service. The Novant Health Medical Group team chose items that met all their requirements. With print-ready artwork prepared, we worked with our vendors to prepare for a smooth process when it was time to produce the products.

Forms

We created mobile-friendly, custom-branded order forms for each group of years of service. The Novant Health Medical Group team sent out the initial communication to the groups with a link to the appropriate form. The users only had to select an item and enter their shipping information - super simple! Confirmation emails were immediately sent with their order information. 

Data

Our software collected all the orders and provided clear reporting that was used by the client to verify orders and by our vendors to produce and distribute the items. Good data in - good data out!

Summary

The campaign went off without a hitch and all the employees were excited to receive their rewards. The results were so successful that we rolled out the campaign to another division of the company. Collection campaigns are a stress-free way to reward your employees, associates, or customers with gifts for any reason.
