In order to achieve this goal, the organization wanted to provide their staff with practical and heartfelt gifts. However, choosing and fulfilling personalized gifts for a workforce of 1000+ individuals can be a fairly complex process.

The Execution
At Symphonix, we make gift-giving easy.
We worked with the internal communication management team to select the gifts, and then created a mobile-friendly popup store to collect all the orders within the desired timeframe.
A link was distributed to eligible employees and once the campaign window closed the items were ordered in bulk, decorated, kitted and drop shipped accordingly. We have offered a variety of items over the past few years including wireless chargers, multipurpose travel bags, commemorative photo frames, premium coffee mugs and various apparel items.
Customized Reporting
We are also able to visualize the results of the campaigns for the client. This allows us to study what items are popular among the participants and help guide future gift-giving campaigns.
